What we paint
Most houses here are stucco. Heat, humidity, strong sunlight, UV, and afternoon rain decide whether a coating lasts. Interiors take Florida light that changes a color from morning to late day. Cabinets take hands and kitchen film.
We start with surface preparation, then choose coatings that belong on that substrate in this climate. A shaded lot near Spanish Springs and a first-coat wall in Eastport are different surfaces. The process is the same: see the house, prep it, then paint it.
How the job is run
Rooms, floors, and plantings are protected. Scope is written down: what is included, what is not, and when the crew expects to be in the house. Clean workmanship is the standard. The walkthrough happens before the job is called complete.
